The goal of bioinformatics is to apply the theory of computer science to the field of molecular biology and medicine, providing rapid data analysis and more understanding of biological processes. Our main research interests consist of gene expression analysis, protein-protein interaction network, literature mining, genome analysis, high-throughput sequencing, and systems biology. Using data mining technique or machine learning-based and computational way, we have developed useful tools for high-throughput data, implemented integrated databases for biological interaction, found significant biological discoveries from large number of experimental dataset.
