Engineers still have no the best solution that they can effectively manage, analyze, and visualize the data.Research in big data is starting to leverage digital information at an unprecedented rate across practically many aspects of our life including healthcare, biomedical literature ,biology, medicine, and so on.
The main goal of the group is producing effective algorithm or tools to analyze data and find out the hidden information behind the data. We have developed useful tools and algorithms for drug repurposing, biological literature mining and Epigenetic analysis. In the future, we also look forward to analyzing other type and more large data sets to find new significant discoveries.
